MyLens.ca Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

1. This gift card has no expiration while it holds funds.

2. This gift card is valid for use at MyLens.ca only.

3. This gift card is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. This gift card can be used for all contact lenses, eyeglasses and vision care products at MyLens.ca.

5. A replacement will be given if the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged.

6. Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.

7. In case of any dispute, the decision of MyLens.ca is final.

8. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to the purchase price of a gift card in any denomination.

9. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued.

10. This gift card can be used in multiple purchases. Balance amount of the gift card can be used in subsequent purchases.

11. MyLens.ca reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. To use your gift card, you can redeem and use your gift card funds to purchase your order by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout.

13. No additional funds can be added to a current gift card.
