Enrolling is simple! When placing an order on MyLens.ca, choose the subscription option after inputting your prescription details. You can then select the desired frequency for your contact lens orders to be placed and the shipped once processed.

Can I modify the interval at which my contact lenses are ordered/shipped?
Yes, you have the flexibility to adjust the shipping frequency to meet your specific needs. Log in to your MyLens.ca account and navigate to your active subscription section to make any required changes.|

Are there any commitments or hidden fees associated with the AutoOrder Program?
No, there are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time without incurring any additional charges. Please note that if cancelling a recurring AutoOrder order, you must do so at least 10 business days prior to your next shipment. For any custom-made lenses, you must cancel at least 5 weeks prior to your next order.* You will be automatically charged for any auto-shipments shipped prior to your cancellation.

No problem! Prescription changes are common and we can certainly help you update your prescription. It is crucial to update this before your next AutoOrder order. Please reach out to us via live-chat or at help@mylens.ca and we will update your prescription for you. This is the quickest and easiest way as prescriptions can be extensive and intricate.

The easiest way to update your prescription details is to reach out to us via live-chat or at help@mylens.ca. As contact lens prescriptions are extensive and intricate, this will be the easiest and quickest way to have your prescription correctly updated. The prescription update will be reflected on your next shipment.

Can I pause or skip an order/shipment?
Yes, you have the option to pause or skip an order/shipment. Log in to your account, navigate to your active subscription section, and choose the relevant option at the bottom of the page based on your preference.


Will I be automatically charged for each recurring AutoOrder?
Yes. Your payment method will be automatically charged at each recurring interval (as chosen by you). In the event that your payment has failed, you will be notified via email to update your payment method. In this case, your auto-shipment will not be shipped until your payment method has been updated and paid. By using the AutoOrder Program, you acknowledge and agree that MyLens.ca will automatically charge your method of payment for each recurring order until cancelled.


What happens if I need to update my payment method?
Updating your payment method is easy! Simply log in to your MyLens.ca account and navigate to your active subscription section. Choose your subscription and edit your payment methods.


How do I cancel my AutoOrder?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your MyLens.ca account, navigate to your active subscription section, and follow the cancellation prompt at the bottom of the page. After cancelling, you will not be charged/or shipped any future orders. If cancelling a recurring AutoOrder, you must do so at least 5 business days prior to your next shipment. You will be automatically charged for any AutoOrder shipped prior to your cancellation.


What payment methods are accepted for AutoOrder orders?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each AutoOrder. You can update your payment method within your MyLens.ca account, under the active subscription section.
