60-DAY RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
MyLens.ca accepts eyeglasses and sunglasses returns within 60 days of the delivery date. Your eyeglasses or sunglasses must be in new, unworn condition and returned with their complementary cases to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. 

We may still accept returns after 60 days. MyLens.ca will need to approve these returns. The 
eyeglasses or sunglasses must be in new, unworn condition and returned with their complementary cases to be eligible for this one-time exchange*. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns accepted after 60 days.

*A one-time exchange means your that your next eyeglasses/sunglasses order purchased (exchanged) will be a final sale. Your exchanged eyeglasses/sunglasses will be ineligible for any return for refund or further exchange.

How do I return my eyeglasses or sunglasses?
If you are not satisfied with your eyeglasses or sunglasses, please contact us at help@mylens.ca or via live-chat. If your request is made within 60 days of your order delivery date, we will provide you with a prepaid return label upon our approval.


1 YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

What does the 1 year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects on your frames and lenses within one year of the order delivery date. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by everyday wear and tear, sudden force or impact, accidental damage, including but not limited to: lens scratches, loose hinges, missing screws, broken frames, detached temple tips or detached nose pads.

Please note that any cosmetic issues (scratches, paint chips or marks) are not covered by our warranty unless they occur straight from the box and are reported to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. Any cosmetic issues reported after 14 days will be classified as wear and tear, and will not be eligible for any return or warranty claim.

How do I return or exchange my eyeglasses/sunglasses?
To take advantage of our 1 year warranty, simply send us an email at help@mylens.ca or chat with us on live-chat. Our customer service team will gladly assist you with any questions you have. In the event that your eyeglasses do need to be returned to us, upon our approval, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
